Plugins and approvals

Connect services once and approve what agents do with them.

Plugins connect a service once, in Settings › Plugins; then you choose which teammates and threads may use it. Engines never see a plugin's credential: every call goes through Vibezeo's gateway on your computer, which adds the credential only for that service's own addresses.

Connecting

The connect sheet shows how each service connects: the service's sign-in in your browser, an API key, a token, or nothing at all. It shows each step and, if one fails, names it with the service's own message. Credentials are saved only in your system keychain. Disconnect revokes access where the service supports it, deletes the credential, and removes the plugin from every teammate and thread.

In this build:

  • Web fetch is built in and needs no sign-in. It only reads: it follows robots.txt, refuses private network addresses (also after redirects), and stops at 2 MB.
  • Sign in in your browser: Notion, Sentry, Cloudflare, Linear, Supabase, Stripe and PostHog. Linear, Supabase, Stripe and PostHog also take an API key.
  • Token: GitHub (a fine-grained personal access token) and Slack (a bot token).
  • Not available yet: Gmail and Vercel need app registrations this build doesn't have, and their cards say so.
  • Preview: Google Ads, Meta Ads, X, YouTube, Shopify, QuickBooks, RevenueCat, Resend and Figma are listed but can't be connected yet.

Connect as many as you like.

Who can use a plugin

A new teammate starts with no plugins. Grant one per teammate (the plugin's Teammates tab, or the teammate's settings), per thread (Attach › Plugins for this thread… in the message box), or to every thread with Grant these plugins to all threads.

Approvals

Every action has a risk class: Read, Write, Publish, Uses credits, Spend, Delete or Unknown.

  • Reads run.
  • Everything else asks you first, in the chat: the plugin, the action, the account, the target and any cost, with the full request behind a toggle. Writes and publishing offer Allow for the rest of this chat.
  • Spending, using credits, deleting and unknown actions always ask, and never offer Allow for the rest of this chat. In a plugin's Approvals tab you can let Full access chats run writes, or publish, without asking.
  • A spend is checked again right before it runs. If the amount changed after you approved it, it doesn't run.
  • Runs nobody is watching, such as teammate mail, never act on their own. Each write they want is held in Held actions, labelled with where it came from, for you to approve and run, edit and run, or discard.

The connections are tested against each service's published interface, with local fixtures. If one fails with a real account, the connect sheet shows the step and the service's message.
